Privacy notice

This notice explains how VEXEL X LTD ("Vexel-x", "we") uses the personal data you share with us through this website. VEXEL X LTD is a private limited company registered in England and Wales, with offices at 37 Lombard Street, London, United Kingdom. We are the controller of this data.

What we collect

When you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, company name if you give it, the topic you choose and your message. Our hosting provider also keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to run and protect the site.

Why we use it

We use your details only to read and answer your message and to follow up on the conversation you started. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

Who receives it

Messages are delivered to our company mailbox, hosted by Google Workspace. The website is hosted by Netlify. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to handle them and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless the conversation leads to a business relationship that requires longer retention.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to management@vexel-x.com. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
